BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:

RETURNS:

Our policy lasts 14 days from the parcel's arrival date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags and the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we have received the returned item, we can offer you either an exchange or store credit.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only eligible if your item is faulty or damaged. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through the original method of payment. You should receive the credit amount within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We are more than happy to replace or refund an item due to a manufacturing fault, however, refunds will not cover normal "wear and tear". Please follow the care instructions on your garment carefully to prolong the life of it.

EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@deadstockstudio.com and we ca follow you through the necessary steps.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless in the cirmustance of a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are not responsible for an items once shipped. We can only offer our assitance in providing tracking and courier information. We can not offer a refund for lost items. Please make sure your details are correct when placing an order. Any delivery issues are to be followed up the allocated courier. We will be more than happy to assist you in this matter.

DELIVERY:

Items are shipped from various locations depending on brand and supplier. This often means you may receive seperate parcels when placing an order with multiple products. Delivery times will also vary however we will provide you with tracking and courier information so you can follow every parcel's journey.
